PASS Testing Week!
Tuesday - ELA
Wednesday - Math
Thursday - Science
Friday - Social Studies
Please remind your child to take his/her three folders (ELA/SS, Math, and Science) and five notebooks home each day.
Reading: All vocabulary words for the weekly reading stories will be defined and located in his/her ELA notebook. Students are given class time to define words. If they don't finish in the allotted time, then it will need to be finished at home. Other skills/activities that go along with the story will also be placed in this notebook.
English/Word Study: Please check your child's marble notebook for Grammar/English.
Spelling: Spelling words are given on Fridays and tested on the following Friday. Please check your child’s agenda for these words. Students are required to write these words in print, not cursive.
Monday - 3 times each
Tuesday - Cursive side of practice sheet
Wednesday - Print side of practice sheet
Thursday - Study for test tomorrow
Social Studies/History: We are studying "The Civil War" Please review notes with your child each day.
