Stephanie Johnson

I am currently in my 5th year at Latta Elementary School.  I went to Clemson University where I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  I received a Masters degree from Francis Marion University in Learning Disabilities, and I am presently enrolled in a Masters program through Winthrop University to receive an Administration degree.  My years of teaching have been so enjoyable and each year reminds me that I am where God wants me to be.  I have a beautiful niece Katelyn who is the love of my life and she is in 4K this year at Latta Early Childhood Center.  She is loving school!  I am proud to be a Viking and part of the LES family!

PARENTS:  It's that time of year and the end is in sight.  This means that our annual PASS Test is coming up.  5th graders will test ELA-May 8, Math-May 9, and Science OR Social Studies-May 10.  Please talk with your child about the importance of this test and how important it is that he do his VERY BEST!  Also, please encourage them to get a good night's rest each night, eat a good breakfast, and bring at least two No.2 pencils each day.  Students may bring a drink and a snack each day for after the test.  If you would like to send something for the entire class, we have 19 students.  Thank you!

 Student of the Week
**The Student of the Week must be a model student that completes all homework and classwork and has exhibited good behavior throughout the entire week.  He is also a team player and helps those that are in need.**
