Hello, I am very excited about this upcoming school year. I have been teaching in the Latta School District for 30 years and every year is a new adventure! I have taught first grade, third grade, multi-age, and this is my second year in fifth grade. I am married to Johnny Hayes and I have two children, Trey and Courtney. I am so excited about the new addition to our family, my first grandchild, Liston!
We are now finished with MAP testing and beginning to prepare for PASS testing in May. This testing will take place on May 8-10. Please make sure your child is here everyday. Spring is in the air, and the end of school is approaching, but please remind your child to stay focused at school and to do their best each day.
