Hello My Name Is...
Mrs. Sherie Sawyer
I have been teaching Fifth Grade at Latta Elementary School for the last seven years. Teaching is a second career for me, and I know it is exactly what I should be doing.
Currently, I am attending school working towards my second Master's in Educational Leadership. My undergraduate work was in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Coker College. My Master's is in Learning Disabilities and I obtained that from Francis Marion. I am also Gifted and Talented Endorsed.
I have been married for twenty years and I have three children, a dog, two cats, and a fish. Being a mother has been such a rewarding experience and I feel it has enhanced me as a teacher!
